What Every Plan Includes
Regardless of the plan tier you choose, Heritage Group provides a fully documented automation pipeline, a private monitoring dashboard instance, and a configuration handover report at the end of onboarding. There are no hidden setup fees on Starter and Standard plans — the monthly subscription covers ongoing operation, broker integration maintenance, and scheduled system health checks. The Professional plan carries a one-time onboarding fee of USh 500,000 for custom broker adapters or non-standard data source connections; this is agreed in writing before any work begins.
Pricing Principles Heritage Group Holds To
No Performance Fees
Heritage Group charges only for the tooling and infrastructure we provide. We do not take a percentage of trading gains, and we do not earn revenue based on the number of trades your bot executes. Our incentive is to build reliable tooling, not to maximise your order volume.
Written Scope Before Billing
Every engagement starts with a written scope document that lists exactly what is being built, the timeline, and the total cost for the initial period. You approve it before any invoice is raised. No verbal commitments that later expand into surprise charges.
Monthly Rolling Subscriptions
Plans are billed monthly with no minimum contract length beyond the first month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days' written notice. We do not lock you into annual contracts unless you specifically request the annual discount rate.
